Kathleen Bogart – 2024 Conference

Dr. Kathleen Bogart is a Professor of Psychology at Oregon State University. Her research focuses on disability and rare disorders such as Mobius syndrome, a condition she herself has. Passionate about advocacy, she serves on the Moebius Syndrome Foundation Scientific Advisory Board.
