“Facing the Future” Moebius Syndrome Conference - 3 August 2019
After the success of the 2014 conference – we’re holding our second event in the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport on Saturday 3rd August 2019.
The day will start from 9-9.30am for registration – with the conference starting at 10am and finishing at 4.30pm.
The conference price includes tea/coffee & light snack on arrival and during breaks as well as a buffet lunch – dietary requirements catered for. Also included is free wifi and parking during the conference. To book and pay for your place please go to our online conference booking form.
We have organised professional creche facilities in the room adjacent to the conference suite so your children are catered for throughout the day. There is no cost to you, but please check the Tinies information and book your place(s) on the online conference booking form.
There will be an informal, three course, dinner for the whole family, held in the conference suite, on the Saturday evening at 7pm so everyone can relax and make friends. Please add this to the online conference booking form if you want to join us.
We have negotiated special accommodation rates at the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport and these need to be booked directly for Friday 2nd and/or Saturday 3rd August 2019 by calling the Events Team on 0121 780 6700, Option 1 and quote code MOE. The costs agreed by the hotel are £79 for a double room B&B or £99 for a family room B&B per night. It was fantastic to see so many people last time – and we have used the feedback to create the programme for this year. We look forward to welcoming even more people to ‘Facing the Future’.
